Scope/Description
Mountain View planned unit development on 48 acres that will include 85 single family homes and 112 multi-family units in several phases. Project also has DNR trail interconnectivity and plans for Mountain View Park to serve surrounding areas. Construction plan for grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermains, curb & gutter, aggregate base and bituminous surfacing. Project observation and closeout to facilitate turning over all streets and utilities to the City of Bemidji.
