Park situated on the west side of Lake Bemidji, featuring a large open air pavilion, building with seating for 80, playground facilities, swim beach, walking trails and picnic areas. Construction plan for water mains, sanitary sewer, aggregate base, bituminous walks, clearing, drainage and landscaping.
